Mountain Meadow

This meadow is one of my favorite places in Kananaskis – a region of the Rocky Mountains in Alberta, Canada. I’ve come to this meadow on a number of occasions and I always love being in the wide open space and looking at the fantastic panoramic views. For this image, I chose to include the creek because I really like it’s beautiful curves and I also chose a slight panoramic crop to better emphasize the wide views. Moose can also often be seen in this meadow, but unfortunately I didn’t see any this day.
