During our recent trip to Washington state (see previous post) we also spent an enjoyable afternoon at the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. The festival takes place each spring when millions of tulips on various tulip farms are at full bloom. There are several farms one can go visit and spend time walking through the tulip (and daffodil) fields and the beautiful gardens.
